Dear Dennis and Bev,

We have been very pleased with the carpet and lighting that you installed in our 2004 Horizon.  There have been many compliments from our friends, and as a result some have come to you for upgrades on their coaches.  A few months ago you installed the new roll-up day and night shades, and we have also been very happy with them.  However, one of the day shades recently completely unrolled and would not go up.  We called your office and spoke to Brian and explained our problem.  Since we live 60 miles from Lakeland, Brian offered to meet us half way on his day off to make repairs.  As it turned out we had occasion to be in your area and called Brian to see if we could stop in.  He told us to come on in and upon arrival got to work within minutes.  He discovered that the blind was broken.  He had a spare, and made repairs in short order. As he worked he showed me how to tighten the spring if we should have a problem in the future.  Brian also offered to meet us for repairs should we have any more problems. Since you were out of town the day we were at your shop, we wanted to let you know that we appreciate the good service Brian provided.  We will continue to recommend Classic Coach Works.
